Ordered an Uber, payment was deducted from account but driver never arrived. No refund given even after sending them an email. On the same day, ordered an Uber, changed payment option to cash, when the ride was complete, drivers app charged me double. Still no feedback/refund from Uber.
Fraudsters are running this business. Made payment only to be told that they did not receive it. Emailed proof of timeous payment, No apology, no explanation, no refund, nothing. None of my questions are being responded to e.g why the Dashfibre portal is unaccessible, how best we can resolve this issue which is entirely a creation of their own. Have requested they refund me before close of business today or else I will be pursuing the matter further.
