My query was handled expertly and timeously. They assisted with lowering my premium with R180 per month just by reviewing my policies. I am very happy with Outsurance!
We cancelled Vox Internet because of horrible service, we paid for 50/50 line, the speed was never close to that, we cancelled with more than a months notice, our line had to be released by 1 Dec, needless to say. It is now end of business 2 Dec 2024 and our line is still not released for our new ISP. Vox keeps telling us it is with Vuma that needs to release, Vuma came out. Checked everything, and sent us confirmation that Vox is holding our line. We have tried to get them to release it all day, 6pm they told us to phone in business hours. We have been doing that all day, we are so tired of the excuses Vox cooks up. We just want our line opened. Would NOT recommend VOX even to my Worst Enemy.
Worst Internet provider I have ever come to experience. Dashfibre Migrated us to Home connect without our consent or notice. And ever since it has been a struggle every month. Dashfibre has 2 of our payments which they vlaim have been refunded but has not. And this is caising problems with Home-Connect so they are constantly suspending us

Dashfibre has 2 of our payments which Home-Connect is refusing to accept/or retrieve. And as a result we have been getting suspended every. Single. Month. Every month is a struggle and promises are being made, but nothing has come to light. This month we have been suspended (even though we have sent all proof of payments) and they are refusing to reconnect us at all. Worst service. Do not recommend AT ALL!!!!!
