Glass shards on table
Before our arrival a waited broke a glass on our table it was not properly cleaned up and cut my daughter on her hand during drinking a ****tail. The manageress was extremely nonchalant, came back later to apologize. Imagine have your food like in my case a small piece of steak fell out of your plate and then eating it with glass shards....

Poor service Recruitment Company
We obtained an IT person from this recruitment company. It turned out that he had a long history of alcohol abuse and in less than 9 months was absent frequently even sometimes for more than a week during which time he was drinking. We believe that his background checks were not done properly as he acknowledged that he had a past history of alcohol and psychological issues /problems. On approaching PeopleSolved to rectify the matter they said they did all the checks and will not be able to assist to replace unless we paid for their services in full again and also referred us to the fine print in the agreement. They absolved themselves from any responsibility and were not forthcoming with any other suggestions to resolve. We find it extremely disappointing to be left with this situation.

BITCo Excellent work
We recently contacted Bitco to move an installation to another address. Without going into all the details, it was a move that was as difficult as they come. They encountered numerous issues from having to organize a new installation as the previous owner of the line did not release it after their departure to getting open serve to fix the installation. All this had to be organized and the team at BITCo constantly followed up as well as giving feedback. Thank you again for the extra mile!
