Freightmore left me with R29 000 damages

I used Freightmore as a courier to send furniture to Polokwane. Firstly i was not informed that a 3rd party would transport the goods. When we arrived the boxes were damaged leaving all corners of the furniture damaged. We placed this side up stickers but most the boxes were upside down. It looked like it was dragged on the road to polokwane. I sent pictures to the sales manager just to be told they have statements from their staff that they handled it with care. Which means nothing to me. We took pictures of all the damages and they still refuse to sort it out. Do not ever use this company!!! They damage the packages and do not take responsibility for it. This is s disgrace of a company with no business ethics.
