I am not happy with Amazon and their poor service…they delivered wrong product, I paid for a higher priced product. Been trying to get their Attention and my money back, they are not replying to my emails. We need to boycott these croocks
I am experiencing awful services with Atterbury motors. At first they **** about the car key battery which they kept on emphasising it is new only later to find out I had to change it myself. Few days after I got the car from them, I started having issues with the throttle body valve. I informed and told them I’ll take the car to Kia right, now it’s time to pay they telling me it’s too expensive I need to find another RMI approved workshop(mind you I’m using my own gas running around looking for these places). To this day throttle body hasn’t fixed. Lastly I had car battery issues informed and told them I’ll take the car to battery center to get it checked and change the battery if need arises. Battery center told me the battery will be R2600, to avoid delays to get authority to carry on right away I told Zelda…she said it’s okay I can get it she’ll refund me. Later they discovered the battery doesn’t fit well in the car base they then went to the system to find the exact battery recommended for this particular car. They found it I called the lady again to inform her we have changes we are now paying R3650 for the suitable replacement of the battery, and this time around she wasn’t clear with her response. But I carried on and did the right thing getting the battery that is recommended for the car and sent her the proof of I payment, she then came back to me saying she’s only paying me back R2600 I sent their manager an email with no response No one on their end is now talking to me!
