I've been a loyal customer for the past seven years, and until recently, their service was great. However, my last three repair experiences have been terrible. First, I took my iPhone and MacBook in for battery replacements. When I got them back, it felt like the batteries hadn’t been changed at all—the iPhone even started overheating. Then, last week, I sent in my daughter's iPad for a screen repair. When it was returned, the screen distorted text while typing, and it wasn’t charging properly. I took it back, only to be told that I had damaged the charging port myself and that the iPad was now beyond repair. I can tolerate poor workmanship, but what honestly frustrated me was being accused of dishonesty. A clear pattern is emerging—devices go in for repairs and come out worse than before.
