No refund, Bad service!

As one of the reviews have said it before, Hashtag lets travel adventures DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! They have bad service and even worse communication! DO NOT BOOK ANY TRIPS WITH THEM! My friend and I booked a trip with them and they cancelled wanted to change the dates. After fighting to get our money back they eventually promised to pay back our full refund by the 5th of February (only because we took it to social media) Today is the 6th February. We haven’t heard from them, we haven’t received all our money and there is NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM.
