Hashtag refuses to fully refund me after THEY cancelled a trip which I fully paid for ! They have blocked me on all platforms so I am unable to communicate with them. They are the biggest **** and also very rude ! I do not recommend at all.

As one of the reviews have said it before, Hashtag lets travel adventures DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! They have bad service and even worse communication! DO NOT BOOK ANY TRIPS WITH THEM! My friend and I booked a trip with them and they cancelled wanted to change the dates. After fighting to get our money back they eventually promised to pay back our full refund by the 5th of February (only because we took it to social media) Today is the 6th February. We haven’t heard from them, we haven’t received all our money and there is NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. There is proof of our complete story on my google review, please check it out before considering booking anything with this company!

Customer communication service of this agency does not even deserve a star. Who ever is in charge of their WhatsApp and mailbox has failed dismally at this job. Messages aren't responded to and when they eventually respond they give half feedback that makes absolutely no sense. This company needs to invest in competent staff to manage these communication platforms before they start losing business. It's like cracking your skall reaching out to them. Worse they don't have a phone line you can reach them on. Requests for call backs are ignored same as whatsapp queries.

We had the most horrible experience with the tour guide Daniel going to Mozambique , he is so disrespectful . We are not happy about the service we got from you guys, we are disappointed from the day we arrived till today and your tour guy is the worst, the disrespect we got from him, he even ****** us our money ( we sent him to buy food and it was R250 but he said it was R778 and requested a tip from us too). What’s horrible is that he doesnt own up to his mistakes and doesnt take responsibility. The breakfast we got today was the worst horrible breakfast. Everytime we try pointing out things to him he becomes rude even to the point of saying one of us was toxic instead of listening and apologising because the complaint was a valid one. We were placed in a villa that didn’t have Wi-Fi we had to ask security to give us password. He asked us that we care more about Wi-Fi than him trying to get us foood. His so unprofessional, rude and all he did was chill with the other durban group of girls that he posted on your fb page. I hope one day you will be able fo fix all of this mess because you are definetly going to loose customers or end up having a court case not everyone will deal with this mess. Change your people, he never even once come check on us to see if we are all good.

I've always had a great experience with Hashtag. Considering that so many travel agencies are ****s, this is one I've used for so many years and can recommend to others. Not to mention the guide is a whole vibe 🫶🏽

We had such a great experience with HASHTAG LETS TRAVEL Adventure. Their service is 10/10 I would definitely travel with them for my next vacation and their tour guide Danny(Advocate Daniel) is the best give that man a bells he is so humble and professional in his work🤩😍

They need to work on Admin and communication part. They need to stick to package offerings as per advert, or clarify packages to travellers before travelling. The good thing is traveling with their tour guide, that gives a personal touch to the group.
