I've put in a request with vumatel to sort out my Fibre, it's been 8 days without internet. A technician came and still it hasn't been sorted out. I've requested again for help but no one gets back to you, no call back or any form of communication. Vumatel has terrible service!
I've been contacting vodacom for the past 7 days to get my internet working. The call centre keeps cutting my calls. The WhatsApp line never responds to messages. This is the worst network provider! No one gets back to you and yet you are required to pay a full month! Very disappointing!
Very disappointing! Bought a product Ole bread spread 1kg tub. The spread tasted terrible and was grainy.I then emailed the customer care and the response was shocking! Will never purchase again!
