This practice increased my fee by 19.5% without any warning. I caution anybody against considering using this company.

Withholding Deposit
Beware. They will withhold your deposit without a credible explanation, even if you have proof of additional cover. They will also keep you on hold indefinitely while you try to sort this out. Skilled in customer dissatisfaction. Tip. You will need to make a video recording of every square cm of the vehicle for proof.
