App**** to rent a property, landlord chose someone else. Rawson stole my money from me claiming they had carried out a credit check when they knew they were never going to pick me. They just wanted extra money. Albert Van Der Spuy was the rental agent. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He is a rude, sarcastic, nasty piece of work and I will shout it as far as the hills can take me. Absolutely no way in hell will I ever consider Rawson Properties after my encounter with that man.
