Absolutely a nightmare and Zero customer care

Verso has been absolutely a nightmare to make a claim with. I made a claim at end of October 2024 and they promise to payout in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 15 weeks. Every time I communicate with them, they keep on saying they will pay in two weeks with no explanation whatsoever. I don’t know how many “two more weeks” I’ve and will endure. They do not answer questions specifically when asked. I will never tie my money with them again.
