I have been emailing them the whole of last week to find out what’s happening with my payout and no response from them. I was told 4-8 weeks to receive my payout were as I am still waiting my one work colleague waited 5 months for her payout what bad service is this, it’s your money not there’s what is the hold up because other provident/pension fund companies pay out in 3 weeks what wrong with this company a fly by night company!!!!!!!!! Good at taking peoples money and bad at paying them out what a useless company no lie

Service is bad when it comes to you getting what is yours. Wish they were also as bad when it comes collecting ones money. On my 6th month now waiting on a Provident fund payout after being retrenched, they promised a 6-8 weeks process. They are good at sending one from pillar to post.

I am have problem with verso they are *********** or they not good service provider for holding Provident fund, since they haven’t paid mine, they said 4 to 8 weeks but is more than that and they are no where to be found when I call

Good day I have issue with Verso group, I was dismissed at work and submitted documents for Provident fund pay out, they just say I should wait 6 to 8 weeks is now more than that, and they do not communicate now I find loop hole of the administrator of verso and fund itself there is issues of not paying each other commission fees, my question why does that has to do with my provident fund pay out? I filled up a claim form the week of the 6th of January 2025, everything that was confirmed on the 16th of January 2015 and I was told it takes 8 to 10 weeks to receive funds, I called after week 8 just to find out what is happening and I spoke to Avela who was incharge of my case. Mind you me it's me how reached out for information not them just to find out what is happening and I was told different stories. I then kept calling every day just to know update because no one was updating me. But I really got mad when he left the company and Jessica took over from him and now it's after 10 weeks that they told me I will receive my funds. I kept calling and calling to get update and I feel it's unfair on me as people who are handling my investment I have to beg them to give me feedback on my case now I'm on week 12 and still no money and I am told that I would receive all the funds as the rules have changed but yet on the app nothing was said, no email from them and no call to tall us about the new news and to make things worse their app says incorrect amount to what I've been told I will get. I feel I've been treated unfairly because now she promises to call me back but no call back no email that I requested and I feel I'm not important but you have my money. When I call she is on lunch or not at her desk or give me 10 minutes when I talk to her and when I call she is not available. This service is disgusting and I don't understand why I am forced to save money with you guys when I didn't sign anything, I should be consulted when it comes to my money and be treated with respect. I feel not everyone knows what they are doing because when they transferred me to a different person they see nothing even with my I'd. This is just a disgrace 😡.

We submitted a request to transfer a client's pension preservation fund to a new company on the 14th of October 2024. We are aware that this usually takes a couple of weeks, but we are now in January of 2025. The have ignored all request for information from the new company that is handling the transfer.

This is the worst people to manage fund payouts. Constant excuses and poor communication. I would not recommend them for anyone seriously. The most frustrating experience thus far and still struggling with them. Stay away from them. You will regret it. Seriously!!! They so total disregard for clients well being.
