We submitted a request to transfer a client's pension preservation fund to a new company on the 14th of October 2024. We are aware that this usually takes a couple of weeks, but we are now in January of 2025. The have ignored all request for information from the new company that is handling the transfer.
We submitted a retirement for a client to transfer her provident fund from Lifesense to Allan Gray on 02/10/2024. Since then, Allan Gray has followed up with Lifesense every 6 days from the 14th of October requesting the ROT and Tax directive with no response. No feedback or progress on the side of Lifesense.

Despite countless messages to Lethlogonolo Moses, Dineo Mpanza and recently e mail to include Brent Porter, absolutely no feedback or courtesy of returning calls, alternatively response to e mails. Pathetic (lack of) service
