I have problem with clientelle busy deducting on my account every month meanwhile I don’t have policy with them, kindly assist so they stop deducting
Good day I have issue with Verso group, I was dismissed at work and submitted documents for Provident fund pay out, they just say I should wait 6 to 8 weeks is now more than that, and they do not communicate now I find loop hole of the administrator of verso and fund itself there is issues of not paying each other commission fees, my question why does that has to do with my provident fund pay out? I have a problem with VW polokwane I called trying to tell them issues about my polo vivo after taking to service 2 months ago that it has EPC light and airbag light then the lady didn’t even want to listen to me she just say what am I booking a car for while busy talking to people at background and still keep saying my VIN number is wrong but is the one written in the car and she says I should say I am booking a car for after explaining that there is notifications in the car I want them to be fixed she still keep asking what am I booking the car for, I believe in my office if a client come and explain their issues I understand what they want and I can use it in the term we calling it and I explained that to her that I explained that the car has this issues so you can use the term you guys having at VW which I don’t know myself I know booking for service and if car has faults I don’t know you book for which thing I just can tell you the issues only. The lady is Mideline from Polokwane VW and the other colleagues when you call again they just transfer you without even hearing what you want to say

I went to the guesthouse called polokwane place in Polokwane also known as gateway gateway when I check pictures there, I have many things to raise but I’m failing and I am not enjoying my stay anymore because the manager doesn’t want to assist I feel like I am in jail because the service is not okay I tried to ask the number of their head office the manager refused to give me because I couldn’t fins them on internet and I just found place on polokwane accommodation then I choose it but now I regret my whole week stay is a mess, breakfast is R150 but the breakfast that they give you is like is for a child, and dinner R280 but is like is just a plate you can’t even get full
African bank should communicate well with pick n pay because the voucher I get at pick n pay they always says is invalid when I try to use the voucher for electricity I tend to spend hours just to buy electricity and waste petrol to go yo different pick n pay just for 150 electricity
Pick n pay in ilanga mall they always have problem when I come to claim my African bnk rewards electricity the cashers they know nothing about voucher of African bank rewards everytime I go there I have problem I should spend 30 minutes trying to get electricity
