Provident Fund Payout
Service is bad when it comes to you getting what is yours. Wish they were also as bad when it comes collecting ones money. On my 6th month now waiting on a Provident fund payout after being retrenched, they promised a 6-8 weeks process. They are good at sending one from pillar to post.

Bad Support/Customer Care
A serious hassle to get through to them for assistance. Would have been great if they could keep the same energy when they first want you to sign on. Thereafter a lot changes. Struggling for almost a month just to get feedback on a query.
