Pay out my provident fund

I have issue with Verso group, I was dismissed at work and submitted documents for Provident fund pay out, they just say I should wait 6 to 8 weeks is now more than that, and they do not communicate now I find loop hole of the administrator of verso and fund itself there is issues of not paying each other commission fees, my question why does that has to do with my provident fund pay out?
