I filled up a claim form the week of the 6th of January 2025, everything that was confirmed on the 16th of January 2015 and I was told it takes 8 to 10 weeks to receive funds, I called after week 8 just to find out what is happening and I spoke to Avela who was incharge of my case. Mind you me it's me how reached out for information not them just to find out what is happening and I was told different stories. I then kept calling every day just to know update because no one was updating me. But I really got mad when he left the company and Jessica took over from him and now it's after 10 weeks that they told me I will receive my funds. I kept calling and calling to get update and I feel it's unfair on me as people who are handling my investment I have to beg them to give me feedback on my case now I'm on week 12 and still no money and I am told that I would receive all the funds as the rules have changed but yet on the app nothing was said, no email from them and no call to tall us about the new news and to make things worse their app says incorrect amount to what I've been told I will get. I feel I've been treated unfairly because now she promises to call me back but no call back no email that I requested and I feel I'm not important but you have my money. When I call she is on lunch or not at her desk or give me 10 minutes when I talk to her and when I call she is not available. This service is disgusting and I don't understand why I am forced to save money with you guys when I didn't sign anything, I should be consulted when it comes to my money and be treated with respect. I feel not everyone knows what they are doing because when they transferred me to a different person they see nothing even with my I'd. This is just a disgrace 😡.
