Absolutely Appalling Service – A Complete Rip-Off

I deeply regret hiring Universal Roofing. Less than a month ago, they “fixed” my roof to resolve leaks, charging me close to R80,000. Despite their assurances and promises of a 3-year warranty, the roof is now leaking worse than before. Water is dripping everywhere, causing extensive damage to my main bedroom, including the wardrobes, wooden headboard, and lounge furniture. When I reported the issue, instead of honoring their warranty, they had the audacity to demand an additional R4,500 to fix what was clearly their failed work. This is beyond unacceptable! How can a company take such an exorbitant amount of money for repairs, only to deliver such substandard and unreliable workmanship? Stay far away from Universal Roofing unless you want to waste your money and end up with worse damage than you started with. This has been nothing short of a nightmare!
