Unproffesional service

I have been on the waiting call for about an hour, hard to get hold of them. How is my child going to get help when I am no more, because one other thing I heard is that they only pay for the kids education when the parents have passed on, so what is the point of taking an educational plan as if it is a life cover. I am not with their services, I want to cancel my policy with them because I see no point. Regards, Aggie.
