Education insurance
I have learnt to have education insurance for my child's future , because if not I and my child will suffer when she pass grade 12 ,,, have insurance for education and bank other money it's the best medicine

Unproffesional service
I have been on the waiting call for about an hour, hard to get hold of them. How is my child going to get help when I am no more, because one other thing I heard is that they only pay for the kids education when the parents have passed on, so what is the point of taking an educational plan as if it is a life cover. I am not with their services, I want to cancel my policy with them because I see no point. Regards, Aggie.

Unproffesional service

Neglects their clients
Futurewise very quick to assist in opening policy, but doesn't answer calls when I need assistance, difficult to get a hold off. Doesn't reply to requests.

Stop sms me
Everytime I get these constant messages you block one number. After a few weeks it back again. I never app**** for anything from the company or heard about them. This is the messages I get Futurewise in partnership with Nedbank brings you an Education Plan to secure the future of your children. Reply YES for a call (Free), Stop to optout FSP How many times must I block these messages a day smsopt out before this company stops I didn't signed up for these

Legal and binding commencement date before a quote - I think not!
Imagine a world where in order to get a quotation you are forced to give a verbal, binding commencement date before you are even told what the cost could be. Well imagine now more because this is what I have just experienced with Future wise. And they have no contact details on thei website either mind you so I could not even address this with management. The consultant I dealt with was lovely though and I completely understand that the procedure she had to follow has been given to her but under no circumstances is it OK to ask someone for a commencement date right at the beginning of a quotation process? Do you take us for fools?
