I recently lost my mom to cancer and I received a call from a lady called Lee.She helped me redeem my Isabella voucher and explained the cancer cover to me as well and I hope she understand how smart and how good she is at her job and how she uplifted my spirit that day.My husband is a broker and we have a lot of cover but I only took the cover just because of her.She is so bubbly,funny and made me laugh the entire call.I got my reference number and her full name and surname and later in the week got the gift.My phone actually records phone calls and everytime I’m not okay I just listen to our call.
