this is the worst place to work for ever its like a production factory with a conveyer people in and out no place to even make a friend all you do is smoke a cigarette and dial your leads , they give a old file with leads on a page that you need to mark green or pink or red , IF SALES IS NOT YOUR THING DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE TAPPED OUT ON THURSDAY AND REPLACED ON FRIDAY , All this people on here leaving good reviews is the white ladies that has been working there they friends and family of the director , lets not speak out the office music

I just took out a Cancer Policy with you guys and I’m in awe of the professionalism I got from Lerato She was so amazing to speak to and as a team leader I’m quite impressed.She is such a dime and well articulated.I hope she’s a top performer because wow wow. I’m giving her 1million/10

I honestly don't even know where to start with this company. 1. They lie about they're working hours. Interview and training you're told you knock off at 3:30pm because they want you to have a balance between work and personal life. However, when you get to training hub, the supervisors make you stay working up until 6pm because of target. The pre-perm supervisor is worse. 2. I am still not sure why they hire so many people,only to let them go and hire more white staff on a permanent basis. 3. They deduct UIF from trainees, yet they do not register them at the Department of Labour. What's worse is you get an email with an attachment of 'uif' documents, but when you go to the Department of Labour, they haven't registered you still. As to why send you documents but they haven't registered a person, is plain unprofessional. They have zero respect for people, especially blacks.

I signed up for Clientele Perks only to get ****ed over by these people. I got to use the app one time and vouchers stopped working. I called to cancel my policy and every time they transfer me to the next department they don’t pickup the phone, it rings for hours!! And I can’t dispute the money from the app or bank. Don’t do it it’s not worth it!!!! I gave it one star because but if I could leave it empty I would.

I recently lost my mom to cancer and I received a call from a lady called Lee.She helped me redeem my Isabella voucher and explained the cancer cover to me as well and I hope she understand how smart and how good she is at her job and how she uplifted my spirit that day.My husband is a broker and we have a lot of cover but I only took the cover just because of her.She is so bubbly,funny and made me laugh the entire call.I got my reference number and her full name and surname and later in the week got the gift.My phone actually records phone calls and everytime I’m not okay I just listen to our call. Thank you very much Lerato Malatjie and may God bless you and your soccer team😁
