I ordered a sneaker online on 22 August(Friday) and today it is delivered already 26 August(Tues). I was sceptical to buy online but I am happy with everything. The process was quick and seamless.
I did two orders on the 26/07/2025 for my boyfriend and sister to surprise them separately. The orders were not sent, instead both orders they didn't communicate with me, instead they sent the recipients communication and it was not a surprise anymore. No order was sent next day(27/07/2025). It's Monday today(28/07/2025) and still no communication with me and both my recipient haven't received haven't their gift. What makes me angry is that they don't even call me to apologise. Never will I order ever again.
I honestly don't even know where to start with this company. 1. They lie about they're working hours. Interview and training you're told you knock off at 3:30pm because they want you to have a balance between work and personal life. However, when you get to training hub, the supervisors make you stay working up until 6pm because of target. The pre-perm supervisor is worse. 2. I am still not sure why they hire so many people,only to let them go and hire more white staff on a permanent basis. 3. They deduct UIF from trainees, yet they do not register them at the Department of Labour. What's worse is you get an email with an attachment of 'uif' documents, but when you go to the Department of Labour, they haven't registered you still. As to why send you documents but they haven't registered a person, is plain unprofessional. They have zero respect for people, especially blacks.
Sunday (June 16) I requested a Bolt and I could see from the map that the driver is doing turns. I called him to ask him what's going on and he was so rude and he even said I should cancel. When he got to me, he continued being rude and I asked him not to because I am with my 7year old daughter, he said he didn't care and stopped the car and said I should get out and cancel. I asked him why didn't he cancel on his side since he did not want to take me and besides I can't cancel already because I used a card and I'm already in his car. What hurts us that all of this my 7year old daughter is watching all this behavior. I was so angry and hurt. I wrote all this on the App after I got off,wondering if our comments are taken into consideration and the drivers held accountable. I even took the screenshot to remember his name to never ever use him. His name is Webster Nkosinathi and he drives a Red Toyota Agya JW76KY GP. First having a horrible experience like this with Bolt💔
Moonstone has the worst service.When I call in enquiring about the course,one agent on the phone was clueless about the info I needed and they're unprofessional too.I decided to send them a message hoping maybe I get a reply with the info I need a about a course but it's been 2weeks and I haven't got a reply.To think that I was ready to commit and register to study with them but with the service I got,I doubt I'll ever consider them again.
