Hi I have requested my account to be cancelled multiple times To customer service as well as to Ryan Jacobs I have confirmation of cancellation (October 2020) yet i am still receiving invoices. This now came up on my credit report. Do not lie to clients when you say you have escalated this as i have multiple emails proving you haven't. Contact me urgently
I just got debited a week before my debit date. According to your agent (Doctor) it is fine for dial direct to look into my bank account and debit me early if you feel like it? Now apparently theres something called an account tracker which gets triggered by a public holiday - it is one week before my scheduled debit date. The manager (Vuli) was off no help.
