Active since Feb 2025
We have been attempting to deregister various of our clients’ companies for the past 10 months, but despite numerous calls and several emails, our efforts have been unsuccessful. This continuous issue is unacceptable, as SARS imposes penalties due to the companys' active status. We are constantly directed to different email addresses, yet no one has responded to the queries or provided any resolution. The lack of assistance is highly frustrating and has placed a significant financial strain on our clients. We request urgent attention to finalize the deregistration process and receipt of the Final Deregistration letters to pass on to SARS. Please can CIPC advise on the next steps and the necessary actions required. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated and we look forward to some form of response. There was a special one extra wide shoes, needed by my husband, 2 for 1. we paid received acknowledgment, even made a size change via email. then nothing, no shoes and no more contact. Didn't realize until afterwards that the webpage had no contact number and neither did the email. Customers beware! a ****!!
