I wish I could give a -1 review ... Honestly I am so dissapointed with their services... I bought the Spot mobile sim after seeing their great prices and I thought I could save on Airtime & Data monthly. Went to collect my sim and first struggled to get it to RICA, afterwards I eventually activated my sim and ported my number. I could not receive or send calls, network was not available not even data, could only use wifi. After 3 days of sending emails and restarting my phone a couple of times, eventually I received my sms and phone calls. Once everything was working, the network was very unstable and I had to find a place where I could connect to wifi just so I could attend my scheduled meetings. I also havent received my package deal of 10GB and unlimitted calls, I have been phoning the call centre for 2 weeks and atleast 5 times a day. The first day they answered, told me I should restart my phone and phone back the next day if it didnt work. I phoned back the next day, I was told it is a technical difficulty from their side that they will investigate and reply to me by email. Its been more than a week later and I have not received any emails (except marketing emails from them) and the call centre's phone is just ringing continues (for an hour straight) and when they do answer the phone, I either just get placed on hold without further communication or the phone gets put down in my ear. ALSO, you cannot recharge airtime or data without a connection, so if your airtime or data is finished, you cant reload unless you are connected to a wifi network! VERY DISSAPOINTED and will be moving over to Melon Mobile next week!
