Worst gap cover ever. Almost a **** . All they know is how to reject claims and then blame the medical aid for not covering it properly. What is the point then of gap cover. I think they don't understand there offering well at all. Going to the Ombud. I need to change to a gap cover product that works, as this one clearly doesn't. They find every reason they can to not pay claims.
***** division absolutely useless and rude. My virtual card was compromised. ***** of 1399 usd on my account. Tumelo was absolutely unhelpful and couldn't care about what had happened on my account. He actually dropped the call when I gave him a piece of my mind. This is how Discovery Bank treats there loyal customers. I have a good mind of closing this account. Appalling service is actually being kind. Can someone who cares about customer service please get back to me. Oh and maybe send Tumelo on a course to deal with customers. I don't think he realizes you exist because of us.
