I am extremely disappointed in the Southgate branch . I purchased a couch on 21 Dec 2024 . I was told delivery would take place the following week . but even so I had to follow up on the delivery . None the less the couch was delivered on 23 Dec 2024 the delivery guys did not unwrap the couches nor did they inspect if everything was okay with the couches . When I unwrapped the couches myself I noticed that there was only 2 cushions instead of 3 . I did not care much of the cushions , however around the 26 Dec 2024 when sitting on the couch I noticed that the plank was broken . On 30 Dec 2024 we went to the store and reported it . The sales lady Jamie assisted and gave us an email address for head office . We then sent the email early Jan 2025 with no responses only after our 6th email requesting for a call from the branch manager . They called and still did not resolve our query . Bare in mind my slip says 6 months warranty and we reported the broken plank within 7 days of having the couch not a month later ! On 8 Feb 2025 we went to see the unprofessional branch Manager Joe who even admitted that they sell cheap stuff ! they then promised to do an exchange the following week . the past Saturday after numerous of phone calls the driver came around 12:55pm to pick up the couches and never returned with the exchanged one ! The driver called around 14:00pm and said they will deliver the exchange on Monday . I am fed up with you guys ! As a customer i did my part and kept on giving you guys chances . NO MORE! I DO NOT WANT THE EXCHANGE AS YOU HAVE THE COUCH WITH YOU . I WANT A FULL REFUND !
