Total Ninja Nortgate / Terrible place
Please note !!! Worst place to keep a childs birthday party is : Total Ninja Northgate Johannesburg.....They served burnt burger paties on burned rolls to children ....that caused my child to be sick the evening of the : 10/05/2025 !!! This eas suppose to be a day of happiness for children ....turned out to be a afternoon of nightmare !!! The room we paid for could hardly fit the children that was a group of 10....the grownups had to look on from outside the room while they were singing birthday song !!! Totally unorganized.....R3500.00 for 10 children that would have been spend better at a Papochino's restaurant....take my advised ....rather stay away !!!!

TOTAL NINJA / NORTHGATE ( WORST PLAY FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY !!!!
PLEASE NOTE : THE WORST PLACE TO KEEP A CHILDS BIRTHDAY PARTY ..On Saterday the 10 May 2026 @3PM ...I kept my childs birthday part at Total Ninja Northgate Shopping Centre ...we got told to be there 15 Minutes before the time of booking ....when we got shown to table that were suppose to be allocated to our group half other group people were sitting on it ...therefore causing discomfort to my group of people ....they coudnt place there personal belongings such as handbags & presents for my child on the table due to worrying about losts ....service was terrible waiting for drinks of kids ..when food arrived for the group of children ...burger meat patties was burned so badly that it was not in anyway advisable to be eaten by anyone ...and rolls that my dogs at home woudnt have eaten.....The room that was allocated to my group of 8 children ( only 8 arrived out of 10) for birthday party of my son that turned 9yrs ) even thow it was only 8 children the room was so small that all grown ups coundnt fit in to sing happy birthday to my child ( To have charge : R3500.00 for 10 children is a total **** for service given and disgusting food !!!!....Please note : I will strongly advise not to make use of this place to anyone ....Been using Papochino's for years ...service excellent....play area excellent....food excellent...
