Good morning I had an issue with Cell C about 1 month ago and Cell C allocate my problem to Mosa Mazwi. She handled it so good. The previous agents just said they can not help me, but she kept me updated and from the start she said she will sort it out.......and she did. She phoned me every other day to give me an update on the states of my complaint and yesterday it was sorted.Thanks Mosa.
Bought data on Cell C app on 8 Feb.2025 for R299 and never received it.I phone after buying it to ask what is going on and consultanr said it can take uo to 48 hours to show.Purchase did not show on app,but money went off my bank on 11 Feb 2025( it shows payfast cell c). I phoned Cell C customer servises about 6 times for help and all they said is sorry, we cannot help you.The one person sais phone your bank an the bank said it is not a problem on their side, it is Cell C. I always buy airtime on the Cell C app and without any problems.Will NEVER buy data on the app again,because you pay and don't receive and if you phone for help the consultans just throw their hands on the air
