On the 31 January 2025 I bought a Renault Kwid via Absa finance at Motus Honda East Rand, helped by Meshack ****u(sale person) as I got the car I only got the permit no car disc until today when asking about it they shifted the blame head office that they were the ones who were suppose to have all papers on dot. So with such customer service real disappointes me specially from a big brand like Motus
On the 3rd February 2025 app**** for an overdraft of R8000.00 withdrawn R2500.00 after few minutes R5000.00 was withdrawn,when I checked my app it said money was withdrawn in an ATM in Katlehong. Then called the Absa ***** hotline and confirmed that the is withdrawn at an Absa branch so I must go the they will assist me. When I got there I was told to go to the police station to open a case which I did. But to my surprise after few days the information I got on my Absa app disappeared thereafter it reappeared with different information. Worse part they don't even about their customers if your case if there is progress or not to them it's business as usual.
