Solarbeam sucks

I had an indirect solar system installed by Solarbeam a few years ago. To date it had never worked properly. I have not had the benefit of saving electricity since the solar water system was installed. First the tank was leaking because they used the wrong pipe quickly when they manufactured it. Water was pouring out of the solar panel. (in a indirect system water doesn't go into the panel at all. I called and they were unable to attend to my repair immediately. I had to call out a plumber at my own cost to isolate the solar panel so that I could have water in my home. Solarbeam came 3 weeks later and replaced the geyser and panel. But the system was still not working efficiently. The technician eventually came to look at the system and had to refill the antifreeze, the system appears to be leaking the antifreeze. I once again called Solarbeam and they agreed to replace the solar panel. This was in August 2024. They have been giving me the run around ever since. I even went as far as contacting the head office in Johannesburg. The manager at head office agreed to get back to me and still nothing. He doesn't even take my calls and does not respond to my messages. I now rely on electricity to heat my water. The R30 odd K has just been wasted expenses for me.
