Horrible Agency, Puts me on street and im losing vision rapidly to Panuveitis

I am busy losing vision to Panuveitis in both eyes. My father and the landlord of Ebenezer had an agreement that we can stay 3 months extra at the new price even though they never fixed anything in the flat that they promised to a year prior of this event, and they increase the rent without fixing anything that they promised. With my eye condition I've had it for 5 years now, seeing the top opthalmogist in SA at Somerset Eye. so I cannot drive, nor can my family help me drive because they are working in order to help me, since i cannot, and busy losing my central vision to the rarest and most gruesome eye disease. my father asked extension for staying on the ebenezer flat until end of February 2025 which the landlord agreed to verbally with my dad, Engel & Volkers ignored my medical disadvantage and without any notice i had to vacate within 3 days with zero prior notice. we even spoke to the agents at Engele & Volkers a good month before this occurance, where there was a flat viewing and I explained my situation. aswell as not having a car and needing more time to find a new flat that is in walking distance to a shop and not to far that i would collapse due to medical situation, but no the agency found poeple to move into the place im occupying. and without them even contacting the new people to make an arrangement they caused more harm to my eyes. For meddling with someone who is going blind i hope the Engel & VOlkers agency goes broke and closes down. ( even if that does not happen, there is a special place in hell for those who pick on people with medical disabilities ) I will never ever use Engel & Volkers again, worst agency ever, just a bunch of greedy people with no human heart whatsoever. they are only after your money and dont give a damn about your situation. and both my parents stay in flats hardly big enough for 1 person, now im staying between them and its a major inconvenience, we are all super dissapointed at Engel & Volkers for this exttremely bad behaviour and way of treating those with visual disabilities. if you value being treated like a human, consider another agency, this one is only after money, and they do not care who they have to put on the street.
