We had a disappointing experience with Heyy Online. After a year of ongoing service issues, they scheduled a meeting with us, stating we needed to sign a form for "small changes" to our website. However, this turned out to be an attempt to extend our contract without clear communication. Despite consistently making payments on time for over a year, we decided to switch to a different provider due to ongoing concerns with service quality. Following this, the company deducted additional funds, stating it was a cancellation fee, even though this was never properly communicated. Additionally, we experienced difficulties regaining access to our domain and emails, which caused significant disruption to our business operations. Our emails were originally purchased through another provider, yet we were restricted from accessing them, which we found concerning. Transparency and professionalism are essential in any business relationship, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.
After working with Heyy Online for over a year and facing constant issues, we were asked to meet with them to sign a form for "minor updates" to our website. Unfortunately, this was a misleading attempt to extend our contract without proper disclosure. Despite paying all invoices on time, we decided to switch providers due to ongoing service issues. However, Heyy Online unfairly charged us additional fees, citing a cancellation fee, while being unprofessional and uncooperative during the process. What followed was even more concerning—they restricted our access to our domain, which we purchased through GoDaddy, and blocked our emails and website. This caused significant disruption to our business. Additionally, they requested a review exchange, which felt ********* and manipulative. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for transparency, professionalism, and ethical business practices, I would advise exploring other options.
Worst service ever! After a year of dealing with constant issues, Heyy online arranged a meeting with us, claiming we needed to sign a form for "small changes" to our website. In reality, this was a deceptive attempt to extend our contract without properly informing us. Despite making all payments on time for over a year, we finally decided to switch suppliers due to their unprofessionalism and poor service. In response, they wrongfully pulled additional funds from us, claiming we owed a cancellation fee, all while being extremely rude throughout the process. To make matters worse, they then hijacked our domain—blocking our access to emails and our website. Our emails were originally purchased through GoDaddy and belong to us, yet because they used our domain for the website, they *********ly restricted our access, disrupting our business. This company operates with zero integrity! Initially, they asked us to write a review for them in exchange for a review—completely ********* behavior. This company operates with deceptive practices and terrible customer service. If you value honesty and professionalism, stay far away! 🚨
