Hey online has provided consistently prompt and excellent service since they first created my business website over 3 years ago. Requested updates are done within an hour of a request at minimal subscription costs. I have nothing but praise for their commitment to my business growth. I highly recommend that you contact them for your website needs. They are very affordable and easy to interact with.

My boyfriend had an interview for a job with this company and I just want to say I am absolutely disgusted with the way he was treated. First of all, he wasn't told ANYTHING about the job that he was applying for when he was called. He was invited for a second stage interview. A guy joins with a hostile demeanor and when they get into the interview my boyfriend asks about the role and the guy says "I'm here to interview you. You're not here to interview me" in a very rude way. I'm in recruitment and sorry but that absolutely is nor true. You are allowed to ask questions about the job you are applying for. Secondly, when asked what my boyfriend is doing and they find out he is unemployed due to valid reasons he is made to feel belittled and judged for it. When asked his salary expectations and he tells them they laugh and say they'll offer him half of that and he must pay for all his own petrol while driving around. When my boyfriend asks if there is commission the guy laughs as says "of course there is have you never been in sales before?" I'm sorry but no. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior. If you're thinking of working here. DON'T.

We had a disappointing experience with Heyy Online. After a year of ongoing service issues, they scheduled a meeting with us, stating we needed to sign a form for "small changes" to our website. However, this turned out to be an attempt to extend our contract without clear communication. Despite consistently making payments on time for over a year, we decided to switch to a different provider due to ongoing concerns with service quality. Following this, the company deducted additional funds, stating it was a cancellation fee, even though this was never properly communicated. Additionally, we experienced difficulties regaining access to our domain and emails, which caused significant disruption to our business operations. Our emails were originally purchased through another provider, yet we were restricted from accessing them, which we found concerning. Transparency and professionalism are essential in any business relationship, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.

After working with Heyy Online for over a year and facing constant issues, we were asked to meet with them to sign a form for "minor updates" to our website. Unfortunately, this was a misleading attempt to extend our contract without proper disclosure. Despite paying all invoices on time, we decided to switch providers due to ongoing service issues. However, Heyy Online unfairly charged us additional fees, citing a cancellation fee, while being unprofessional and uncooperative during the process. What followed was even more concerning—they restricted our access to our domain, which we purchased through GoDaddy, and blocked our emails and website. This caused significant disruption to our business. Additionally, they requested a review exchange, which felt ********* and manipulative. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for transparency, professionalism, and ethical business practices, I would advise exploring other options.
