After working with Heyy Online for over a year and facing constant issues, we were asked to meet with them to sign a form for "minor updates" to our website. Unfortunately, this was a misleading attempt to extend our contract without proper disclosure.
Despite paying all invoices on time, we decided to switch providers due to ongoing service issues. However, Heyy Online unfairly charged us additional fees, citing a cancellation fee, while being unprofessional and uncooperative during the process.
What followed was even more concerning—they restricted our access to our domain, which we purchased through GoDaddy, and blocked our emails and website. This caused significant disruption to our business.
Additionally, they requested a review exchange, which felt ********* and manipulative.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for transparency, professionalism, and ethical business practices, I would advise exploring other options.
