We had a disappointing experience with Heyy Online. After a year of ongoing service issues, they scheduled a meeting with us, stating we needed to sign a form for "small changes" to our website. However, this turned out to be an attempt to extend our contract without clear communication.
Despite consistently making payments on time for over a year, we decided to switch to a different provider due to ongoing concerns with service quality. Following this, the company deducted additional funds, stating it was a cancellation fee, even though this was never properly communicated.
Additionally, we experienced difficulties regaining access to our domain and emails, which caused significant disruption to our business operations. Our emails were originally purchased through another provider, yet we were restricted from accessing them, which we found concerning.
Transparency and professionalism are essential in any business relationship, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.
