Don’t be a Vin Doos!
Don’t waste your money. My report came back as car in France and then Germany. Interesting that it’s in Johannesburg in my garage! They are a bunch of ******! Should see the response they sent to my query!

Makro - useless!
Most definately the most *********** online business! Takes an order, confirms a delivery date and charges for the product, only to find that 7 days later and 3 calls to "Customer Care" the prodcut is still with the "seller" and not yet collected by the courier company. Ask to escalate and well escallations dept either don't exist or don't answer the phone. This is the last time I order from Makro. Useless! Never again!

Nothing less than dishonesty!
Will never buy online from them again. They delivered damaged goods on 25 November 2024 and despite repeated calls to come and collect and replace the product, they still haven’t. They don’t deserve to be in business. If it was worth my time, I would litigate the matter, and report them to Consumer Commission. Hope skrewing me over a couple of hundred Rand was worth it- nothing less than dishonest trading!
