Please be aware for a lady named Kelly thats says she's from Standard Bank *****. Its a ****. I got a call from her yesterday. She will say there's a debit order on your account from VIP platinum which need to be reversed. She will ask for an alternative phone number since you need to be your banking app. Do not go into your app. Its the 2nd time this year I received a call from the *****sters. The first time a lady mamed Thandi called me. They usually call from a 063 number

I got through to the call Centre without any issues
I got through to the call Centre without any issues. The call Centre agent I spoke to was friendly & was very helpful. The towing service was fast & friendly.
