I paid for my surprise bag upfront. I could not collect on the day due to an emergency Dr visit. I am being refused a refund or alternative collection
Very bad experience... I was told on a visit few weeks ago that I have a free coffee. I told the batista I will use it on my next visit... On my next visit to find the voucher was redeemed... I definitely did not redeem it.. The batista told me it happens frequently other customers complains about the same thing... So I requested to speak to management... I got the number for Lisa in Paarl... Sent a message to her which took more than a day for her just to acknowledge she received it. When she called few days after she told me only when it was redeemed and does not have any sympathy with the fact that I never redeemed it. The point system obviously is not working if anyone can come and redeem your voucher. Lisa would have revert back but 2 weeks have passed no communication received.
