Bad Service ,Lies and Dodge
Kits Car Performance 472 spionkop avenue ,kyasands 2163 The worse experience we have ever had My car clutch cable snapped on Wednesday, I was referred to the above business The 1st thing I asked the guy Lucas is do you use Pay Just Now,He said yes so I gave authorization for Naked to tow my car to him in kyasands He had the car from 2pm Wednesday I kept calling and he said no problem we sorting you out Thursday He send me a bill 8400 When I queried this bill with 2 other mechanics I was told I am being ********** Thursday He then tells me late afternoon he does not use Pay Just Now, he **** to get business that he does use the app. I have now only had 1 tow from Naked and had to pay 1500 to get my car towed from him to another workshop. He then phones me to tell me on Friday that I must bring the car back to him he will replace all the parts for free another lie,when my husband got there he wanted my husband to ask me to buy him something from makro as a bribe. I was livid as I was willing to pay via my app.for the cost of the work that was to be done The 2nd workshop guy called Lucas and told him to put ghe car back together.. I have now lost 2 and half days this guy just **** and **** and ****. Extremely dodge We were willing to pay via the pay just now app,we never asked for anything for free. Let this be a warning to elderly people like us there are people out there just waiting to rip you off. This guy has cost us so much stress from lying,if he had said to me I don't use the app I would have looked up someone who did use the app and got my car back sorted by now. I do not recommend these guys please avoid using fly by nights and greedy people who lie.

I am deeply greatful for every bit of assistance you gave to Brett's I from calls to whatsapp messages till my car was sorted. Tyres and More team thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most amazing customer service we have ever experienced .

Excellent Service
I had my accident in in February. Naked was on the ball from the get go and it was an absolute breeze. What a fantastic team from Jennika to Palesa for excess . Naked is truly so efficient and so professional. A big thank you to everyone single one of you at Naked and Palesas team for going all out. Def Team Naked ***** stars all the way❤️

A big thank you to the amazing Jennika from Naked Insurance. She was absolutely superb, her customer service outstanding, her responses on point and communication over and above excellent. Jennika made the process so easy and for us old folk we are so appreciative to Jennika and her team. Thank you guys Caroline
