Worst service provider ever. These people failed to debit last year January 2025, then they put my account that its in arrears due to their not debitting. So I finally managed to finish my installments with them end of November 2025 and paid up the arrears balance End of December 2025 in full as per the statement they had been sending me. Now they refuse to send a paid up letter or a statement, the agents are rude and hang up on you when you request a statement because they keep calling saying there's an outstanding amount which God knows where it comes from. These people are a complete **** and are probably adding unauthorized amounts on clients accounts just to gain commission. Since they said my matter has been escalated to finance but no one has gotten back to me except for the spam calls saying there's an outstanding amount yet all that I owed (interest included) I paid up. See me again opening an account with any company related to Bradlows and this sham of a collections company, sh**t me.
So finally after going back and forth with Manati for weeks about not receiving a statement for over a year. *Wesley Marinus* has sent my statement to our email. So I am writing this as an update to my previous review of not receiving a statement. And I'm guessing I wouldn't have received one if I had not gone public. Kudos to Manati for trying to solve their incompetence. Thank you to Wesley though. He's been of great help. Though I still maintain that Manati needs to improve their customer service all in all. It's poor.
We have not received a statement of account since last year April 2024 😒 My mom and I missed 2 payments and we were pestered endlessly to pay them off (they have called daily for the past 2 years). They would call every day even after 8pm. So now the loan period came to an end Jan 2025 and we've been begging them to send us our latest statement so we can make arrangements to pay off the arrears but they keep giving us the run around. Our account manager Zulfieqah says there's a decimal issue and fails to explain how or when we can expect it to be resolved. For weeks now we're contacting them asking for a statement of account. Which now begs the question of what they're trying to cook since I don't believe any financial institution can have issuing of statements issues for over 3 weeks. Now they've stopped calling since we asked for a statement Also when you ask to be transferred to a manager or someone who can give accurate answers they hang up on you. Manati gives very bad service all in all.
