Do not use this company!!!
Worst company to deal with, it has been a month and still no refund. Imposible to comunicate with, they left me out of pocket as I had to pay for a more professional moving company to move my furniture from East London to Pretoria. I highly recommend that no one pays this company for work to be done, they will not do the work and they will not refund you. This company is not even one star.

Absolute ******* company, please people never use this company, they will steel your money!!! I booked these ******* to move my furniture from East London to Pretoria on the 24th of January 2025 I paid them in ful on the 15th of January 2025, on the day of removal I got a phone call saying their truck is being delayed in Port Elizabeth, and that they will collect my furniture on the following Monday. Needles to say I received another call saying the truck was broken down and was now suddenly in a workshop somewhere.... This carried on for quite some time, they stopped keeping me up to date and I had to whatsapp them to try get answers on a daily basis but there they could never give me a clear answer as to when my thing will be fetched. The communication is none existent, bare in mind I had to also pay for a storage unit in Pretoria for my furniture to be taken to, this unit is still standing empty so paid a month for absolutely nothing. Eventually on the 13th of February I sent them my bank details and requested a refund, 3 days later they sent me a refund request to be completed in order for them to refund me. Once I did that I was informed that the refund will take 30 days l, how ridiculous is that? I paid them in full the same day I accepted their quote. I then had to **** out money to get another company to do the work for me. DO NOT USE OUTENIQUA MOVERS, THEY ARE *******. RATHER USE EEZI MOVERS, IT HAS TAKEN THEM LESS THAN A WEEK TO MOVE ALL MY FURNITURE FOR ME.
