They take your money and never deliver the service. When asking for refund they never pay back the money. The address given is ****. They stop answering calls and promise to call back but never do. Make promises via w/app they never keep. STAY AWAY!!

These people ****s you put of your money, changed their logo to just **** more people. Please do not use them I paid them in full to do my move from Witbank to Pretoria. They never pitched up took my money and if I e-mail them or whatsapp they don't answer! They promised me a refund within 30 days, I paid them in January. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY JUST ***** MONEY FROM EVERYONE!!!! BE WARNED!

These people ****s you put of your money, changed their logo to just **** more people. Please do not use them I paid them in full to do my move from Witbank to Pretoria. They never pitched up took my money and if I e-mail them or whatsapp they don't answer! They promised me a refund within 30 days, I paid them in January. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY JUST ***** MONEY FROM EVERYONE!!!! BE WARNED!

GOING NOWHERE - STEER CLEAR OF THEM!
SCA*STERS DELUXE. SO STAY CLEAR OF THEM! I enquired twice if it wás a con. Got the assurance that it wasn't. I didn't do my "homework" properly and am thousands of rands out of pocket because of that. First excuse a flooded farm road near Bloemfontein. Then clear skies. Then truck stuck in the mud. Then damaged rear axle. And on and on the excuses went... And as soon as I'd cancelled, Outeniqua Movers went ghost. And not of the friendly kind. Nary a word or response from Elizabeth to WhatsApps, despite being online. Nor to emails. And nothing came of a promised 30-day refund. Too late, I know, but I did a bit of trawling. Outeniqua Movers used to be Trek Netwerk Vervoer maatskappy. With the same hellopeter responses. The same MO. Ditto when they were known as Klein Karoo Meubelvervoer. Even Elizabeth/Elize as a contact person. Bloemfontein often crops up as well. As does the weather. Several reviewers have noted that they were told to remove their negative posts before any refunds would be made. And there were threats of legal action. Which of course was an attempt at bullying. ****sters never take legal action.

STAY AWAY FROM OUTENIQUA MOVERS
STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Don’t don’t use this company! She only use whatsapp and email as correspondence!!!!! Never pick up the phone. Elizabeth/Elize takes the money upfront and there is constant excuses for “truck” not picking up your load!!! Until she figures out she’s been caught, you get blocked on whatsapp. “Cancellation” form get issued but you never hear from her again to refund your funds!!! Don’t Use Them!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Don’t don’t use this company! She only use whatsapp and email as correspondence!!!!! Never pick up the phone. Do not use this company!!!
Worst company to deal with, it has been a month and still no refund. Imposible to comunicate with, they left me out of pocket as I had to pay for a more professional moving company to move my furniture from East London to Pretoria. I highly recommend that no one pays this company for work to be done, they will not do the work and they will not refund you. This company is not even one star.

Do not use this company!!!
Worst company to deal with, it has been a month and still no refund. I highly recommend that no one pays this company for work to be done, they will not do the work and they will not refund you. This company is not even one star.

Absolute ******* company, please people never use this company, they will steel your money!!! I booked these ******* to move my furniture from East London to Pretoria on the 24th of January 2025 I paid them in ful on the 15th of January 2025, on the day of removal I got a phone call saying their truck is being delayed in Port Elizabeth, and that they will collect my furniture on the following Monday. Needles to say I received another call saying the truck was broken down and was now suddenly in a workshop somewhere.... This carried on for quite some time, they stopped keeping me up to date and I had to whatsapp them to try get answers on a daily basis but there they could never give me a clear answer as to when my thing will be fetched. The communication is none existent, bare in mind I had to also pay for a storage unit in Pretoria for my furniture to be taken to, this unit is still standing empty so paid a month for absolutely nothing. Eventually on the 13th of February I sent them my bank details and requested a refund, 3 days later they sent me a refund request to be completed in order for them to refund me. Once I did that I was informed that the refund will take 30 days l, how ridiculous is that? I paid them in full the same day I accepted their quote. I then had to **** out money to get another company to do the work for me. DO NOT USE OUTENIQUA MOVERS, THEY ARE *******. RATHER USE EEZI MOVERS, IT HAS TAKEN THEM LESS THAN A WEEK TO MOVE ALL MY FURNITURE FOR ME.

**** Alert….do not use this company, it also operated under the names of Klein Karoo Meubel Vervoer and TREK Netwerk, and the person you deal with is Elize Theron, aka Elizabeth, mobile nr: 073 218 4812. Take the money, but never deliver the promised service. Always the same excuse, truck got stuck in Bloemfontein. List 2 business numbers, of which 1 does not exist. She does not have a picture on her Whatsapp status, and only operates under first name basis, business signature does not mention full name and surname. Most probably, she will continue the same **** under a different business name. Review the feedback on above 3 mentioned business names, and you will see the same trend.
