I ordered a headboard and a base. Chose a color and material while I was at the store and they told me my order will take 3 to 4 weeks. The following day after visiting the store and placing my order, the consultant called me and told me that the fabric I chose is no longer available. I was surprised, why did they not inform me the time I was placing that order. So I made a second choice. 4 weeks passed, when I followed up I was notified that the fabric I had chosen was out of stock 🤨. My order was delivered after 7 weeks and it was the wrong order. The base and headboard came with 2 different fabric. The order was delivered at 7pm, I believe this was the plan for me not to notice. This business is a ****. It needs to be shut down.
I feel like people who own the resort are ******s. It starts from making a booking if you are not Afrikaans they will give you a run around to make a reservation. They impose their language on you. This is South Africa we have 12 official languages and English is considered a business language. If they want their own people only they should make a disclaimer so we should not even bother.
