I really wish to write this review and not even give you guys a single star. Vuma and Mweb are ****MERS. The service I received from Mweb is hideous. Paid you guys in feb. Was told i will be refunded in 14 days. April. I am still waiting. What do I need to do to get my R399 refund? If Mweb is treating you well ad their customer. I bet you are one of the fortunate ones since i am not so lucky with them. I am very sure the R399 wont even make a difference on your side since you have lots of people signed up under you. But to me it does make a difference because I am paying for the service I never even received. I have made countless calls to you guys. This is the latest ref received today Mwb30912465

I am actually beyond livid with the service received from mweb. On Friday i received an email to make a payment for installation. The new installation rewuest was logged by one of your agents. I logged into my account yo double check my address. Fine. I made the payment. Called from morning just after 8am because confirmation of payment was a completely different home addredd. Was told it will be fixed. Later on i receive a call for installation appointment. Still they haf wrong address. Mind you there is a vuma pole right behind my house. Sharp. Arpund 3pm im told you guys do not cover my area after making me call vumatel then calling u guys back. Ok, lemme not fuss and get amother company to do my installation. Then im told my refund will only be made in 15 days. Why? I made your payment same day i received your mail. Why should i wait? If i am taking another service provider i need to wait 3 weeks before i can pay them? I will stay with no connection in the meantime because you guys mistakenly sent me payment request? I also work hard and have plans for my money. Why cant i get my money soonest. Mwen and vumatel are the worst honestly.
