Deceptive Behaviour
This has got to be the worst fast food chain on the planet. Was given a free ice cream on the app for my birthday but am not able to access it since that day. Logged an incident n still no resolution. I drove to 3 different McDonald's for assistance to no avail. Don't give an item for a birthday if u have no intention of honouring it.

My glasses were given back to me with no case. I used an old case to transport my glasses to them as they were only replacing the lenses but n I already had the frame. Besides they charged me R200 less from thw package which consisted of an eye test, frame and lenses. I was told by the owner Larni to pay R30 for a case if I wanted 1 and she won't stoop to my level as I complained why wasn't the case given in the 1st place. Terrible service.
