NEVER EVER try and use Sage Pastel accounting support via telephone. After 3 days of pulling my hair out they still had not solved our problem. With us not being able to service our clients as our Sage Pastel invoicing system was not working. Every time we phoned back when YET another problem arise, a new customer service personnel would be on the phone, trying something new and claiming another problem as the previous person. And you can forget to leave a message for the previous customer service personnel to phone you back.. NOPE..Outcome, had to pay a private IT to solve the problem, and it was done within an hour. Sage Pastel is definitely not training their customer service personnel. NOT UP TO STANDARD. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Sasfin dealt with a ****ming company ****a Digital. They paid exaggerated funds over to ****a, and ****a did not supply the services to us. Now we are to pay Sasfin monthly for a service that is not active, and was not supp****. I have reached out to Sasfin, but they are ignoring my e-mails. Phone calles has also come to nothing. Sasfin is not helpful, and to now use lawyers is going to cost me, and I am already losing a lot of money. Very disappointed in Sasfin not understanding and not being helpful with this case. ****a Digital is a *****ulent company. They take money from Sasfin for equipment that is not worth much and then don't give a service. We lost business by not having working telephones, we had to go to a new service provider. There is no answer on emails or phone calls that just go to voicemail. We now have to pay Sasfin monthly for equipment that is not in use, as no service was provided. Sasfin is also not very helpful with this problem. STAY AWAY,
