COMPLAINT ON MAKRO VEREENIGING AND TANDEM LAWN INDUSTRIES
I bought a trim tech 52 cc bush cutting machine at makro vereeniging on the 22nd of January in may it broke down well within my warrantee i sent it back to makro to my surprise makro informed me that i was to pay R 634 which did nt understand how because still in warrantee was told they cover for only the motor so i paid the amount for my chaft to be repaired on ref:2993171 any got an sms tjat is fixed and ready for collection i get there my is not fixed where it's supposed to and makro is now telling me they rebooked it on ref:2997953 now to be charged again i had a very huge fight with them with no assistance or solutions except for what they telling me and they expect me to understand and just keep paying fpr their incompetence now i rold makro if im qouted again and my problem is not solved i want a refund .....Please assist on a way forward because i am going nowhere with them. I would like both makro vereeniging and tandem lawn industries held responsible,be fair and do what is right because i am feeling **********

I would like to share my continuous mistreatment at engen garage evaton,I am a landscape who spends a minimum of R1 400 per week and more depending on my business so what i have observed is that every time the service is different between land scapers and drivers your petrol attendants belittle us they make us beg for service so i figured today i should take a stand because i was threatened when i was trying to get attention Tumelo down right told me to take my anger somewhere because they too have their own anger and when my wife tried to tell him we were trying to get help he told her to shut up he's not talking to her then asked Maduna why didn't he help us and he said he was also busy with"cars" for a person who come there everyday this was very insulting
